| In way back 1998 the All India Management Association posed a question “ If smart management is the only strategy to grab competitive advantage, you can't afford to be unaware of the theories and techniques your rivals are deploying. But with corporate India setting new standards in management everyday, how do you keep pace?” to the corporate world .The inference of the answers was that the management functions needs sound, crystal clear theoretical base.
